Charges and Payments

• Annual Property Market Report : RM 100 (online payment receipt must be presented during collection at the selected JPPH office)
• • Charges for self generated data will be calculated automatically based on the contain of the search result.
• • Charges for customised data will be calculated based on the contain of the search result. Online Payment via FPX (payment gateway) through e-Data.

e-Data Manual

Data will be available from 1st October 2020. For the first phase, e-Data is open only for Registered Valuers and Estate Agents.

Property transactions data for the previous month will be available for purchase from 15th onwards of the following month.
